email copywriter

Here’s some useful stuff you should know about my rates and how I work.

I always quote per project

My fees are in line with what other professional copywriters with similar experience charge.
I quote to your needs and let you know from the start how much the project will cost.

Note that I do not negotiate rates. However, I am willing to do less work for a cheaper fee. If you’re restrained by a budget, let me know. Chances are that we would be able to work something out.

I bill in EURO

I live in Ireland and charge in the European Union currency. You can easily pay me in EUR via Paypal.

For some project types I require payment upfront.

For projects up to €1000, I require payment in full before I start the work.

In a situation where the next available slot in my schedule is a couple of weeks away, I allow for a 50% deposit to secure the project in my schedule with the remaining sum to be paid a week before the job is scheduled to commence.

For projects over €1000, I require a deposit of 50% – payable immediately before starting the work with the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion of the first draft.

Blog posts must be paid in advance.

Revisions

All prices include one major revision that can be completed within one hour, and falls under:

  • poor grammar and typos
  • wrong information included in the draft.

You must request a revision within 30 days of delivering the copy. I typically process revisions within 48 hours from receiving them.
Any further revisions are charged at 15% of the order fee.

Note: I do not offer any rewrites for free.

PLEASE NOTE: My work is based on information that is provided at the beginning of the project. Any new idea you may come up with during the writing will be considered a new project and will incur a new charge.

Availability.

I’m often booked up in advance.

My current lead time is approx. 4-6 weeks.

Also, I’m rarely available for a quick turnaround. When replying to your inquiry I will let you know my availability.

But even if I’m completely booked up, nothing’s lost. I can add you to my waiting list and notify if there’s an earlier opening.
