Copywriting client testimonial

“Pawel, you did more than fill a copywriting need for us, you got results. Both of the pillar pages you wrote rank on top of page one for competitive terms and drive tons of targeted traffic and leads. You made it easy for me to know what you needed with an easy onboarding and education process, and you were invaluable during the process by providing expertise on the subject matter. Thank you!”

Most of your potential users begin their buying journey in Google. They search for advice that would help solve their problems, and to discover potential solutions too – like your product!

Which means that, unless you rank well for whatever phrases they’d use, you miss out on an incredible opportunity to:

  • Introduce your product to people who are looking for a solution like this already,
  • Connect and engage with them as they go through the buying journey,
  • Attract those people to your site, and
  • Entice them to try out your product so they could fall in love with it and become paying users.

The problem? Achieving it all – getting the SEO right, namely – involves many complex skills and techniques. You must know how to research keywords and find high-value opportunities, write SEO-driven copy, optimize the website to maximize its performance and even fix some pesky technical issues with its setup. And that’s just the start…

That’s where we come in.

My name is Pawel Grabowski; I’m the founder of Smashing Copy – an SEO agency for B2B SaaS brands who want to generate more revenue. Let me show you how we could help grow your SaaS product.

Our passion is helping SaaS marketers like you increase signups and revenue by improving their rankings and search engine traffic.

Problems we help our clients solve

No two SaaS companies are alike, of course. Nor are their marketing problems. In general, however, the challenges we solve for clients fall into one of the following categories:

  • Identifying and implementing the biggest SEO opportunities to help meet revenue goals,
  • Writing SEO-optimized content to ensure rankings, traffic and signups,
  • Planning or improving site architecture to maximize the site’s SEO performance,
  • Understanding the market and the search landscape to identify where to focus the marketing efforts,
  • Fixing major technical SEO issues,
  • Determining why content isn’t performing as well as expected,
  • Increasing domain authority, building links and more.

How we do it - Our SEO services

  • Deep keyword research,
  • SEO copywriting and content marketing,
  • The site and content audits,
  • Competitive and market analysis,
  • On-page optimization that will maximize the content’s potential,
  • Link building and more.

So far, we have helped over 40 SaaS companies all over the world, ranging from established brands to startups. As a result, we have extensive experience across all B2B markets and understand how SaaS buyers find and choose products to sign up perfectly.

Many of your peers, in fact – Hubspot, Close.io, SEMrush, AdEspresso, Drift and others – have used our extensive copywriting and SEO expertise, the marketing background, and the great comfort in working in the tech industry already.

What’s more, most of them have been coming back to hire us again and again and again.

“Pawel does an amazing job with our content development. Not only does he write the blog topics we brainstorm internally, but he also helps craft the objective ideas to make posts engaging.
I appreciate the most his ability to get the content done with the little direction within the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you only work with SaaS brands?
Because SaaS is what I know best. I come from the software background. I also have a high degree of specialised knowledge in the SaaS market. With that, I can deliver the highest value to my clients

Can I secure a place in your schedule?
Sure you can. However, I don’t book clients on the sole promise. I can book you into my schedule only upon a receipt a payment or a deposit, depending on the project size.

Will you work with my competitors?
When you write content in a single market, it’s only natural to eventually be approached by competing companies. And I’m often asked how I manage such situations.

It’s simple, I accept no more than two companies targeting similar audience with identical or very similar products.

However, I also give the first one that hired me the right to buy exclusivity. By paying a higher rate, they can lock me from working with competitors for the duration of the engagement.

Where are you located?
I live in Drogheda, a beautiful town in the North East of Ireland. But I work with clients from all over the globe.
